Thabiso Bustraan is a scholar mainly of Indian religious history and Sanskrit. His main research interests include philosophy and language games, and the various kinds of liberation or liberating knowledge contained within these topics. He also has an overarching interest in mysticism and mystical experience. Apart form his current interests and teaching, his research at Jindal focuses on establishing a framework on comparative mysticism across various world religious traditions based on notions of identical difference.
